Key Responsibilities:A. Website Design and Maintenance
1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using modern frameworks such as WordPress, React, or similar.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content, SEO, and user experience align with campaign goals.
3. Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for performance monitoring.
B. Open-Source Application Deployment
1. Install, configure, and customize open-source tools, including CRM, CMS, or marketing automation platforms.
2. Integrate these tools with systems such as email, forms, and analytics to ensure seamless workflows.
C. Server and Deployment Management
1. Manage basic cloud infrastructure using AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar services.
2. Handle domain setup, SSL certificates, and website deployments.
3. Monitor server performance, uptime, and troubleshoot hosting issues as needed.
D. Email Server and Workspace Setup
1. Set up and manage business email systems like Zoho, Google Workspace, or cPanel mail.
2. Troubleshoot DNS, SMTP, and other email configuration or delivery issues.
E. Technical Support for Digital Marketing
1. Provide technical assistance for campaign integrations, landing page setups, and analytics tools.
2. Automate repetitive marketing or reporting tasks through scripts or third-party integrations.
F. Documentation and Process Improvement
1. Maintain clear and updated documentation for all technical setups, deployments, and configurations.
2. Suggest and implement workflow improvements to enhance technical efficiency and reliability.
