About the Job
As a junior social media marketing specialist at EarGuru, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your creativity and expertise in social media marketing will be valued and supported. Your knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing, as well as digital marketing, will be essential in helping us reach our target audience and grow our online presence.Mention experience of running paid campaigns.
Your primary responsibility is to design creatives, suggest captions as per the topic plan given to you, and create only 3 posts per week, each for Instagram and Facebook.
Salary details will be finalised after receiving the application and subsequent telephonic interview. You are requested to mention the expected salary, keeping in mind that the work involves creating only 3 posts per week. Applications without expected salary details will not be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our strategies.
7. Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to support overall business goals.
