About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Social Media Campaign Execution
1. Assist in planning, setting up, and executing paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
2. Coordinate campaign assets, targeting, and scheduling under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager or Senior Specialist.
3. Monitor live campaigns, ensuring proper delivery, performance, and optimization.
B. Ad Management & Optimization
1. Support in managing ad accounts, budgets, and placements.
2. Track and adjust ad performance based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
3. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and audiences to improve campaign outcomes.
C. Content & Creative Coordination
1. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure campaign creatives align with marketing objectives and brand tone.
2. Assist in writing ad captions, headlines, and call-to-actions suitable for each platform.
3. Ensure consistency of visuals, messaging, and posting schedules across all client channels.
D. Performance Tracking & Reporting
1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and insights.
2. Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) to extract key data.
3. Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement and share recommendations with the senior team.
E. Digital Strategy Support
1. Assist in researching target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
2. Help in preparing campaign proposals and media plans for clients.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative digital strategies and content ideas.
F. Community Engagement & Brand Presence
1. Support in monitoring comments, messages, and mentions to maintain positive community engagement.
2. Ensure timely responses and escalate any brand-related concerns when needed.
3. Track audience sentiment and engagement trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
