1. Responsible for the daily content planning, publishing, and maintenance of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Write content related to industry trends to increase brand awareness and attention.
3. Analyse each platform's operating data, optimise content strategies, and improve user interaction and engagement.
4. Manage Telegram, Discord, and Reddit communities, maintain community order, and promote healthy interaction.
5. Plan and implement community activities such as AMA, airdrops, and guessing to increase user stickiness.
6. Handle user feedback and questions promptly, establish and maintain good user relationships, and maintain brand reputation.
7. Cooperate with marketing promotion activities, plan and implement online and offline promotional activities.
8. Produce creative content (copywriting, pictures, short videos) to support brand marketing and product promotion
9. Pay attention to the latest developments and social media trends in the Crypto/Web3 field, and plan innovative activities and content based on industry characteristics.
10. Collaborate with designers to create visually attractive social media and community content.
