About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design engaging social media posts, stories, and reels covers using Canva (and similar tools).
2. Plan monthly content calendars aligned to client goals, themes, and campaigns.
3. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and basic community interactions (DMs, comments) on Instagram.
Must-have skills:
1. Graphic Design: Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
2. Canva Proficiency: Able to create original, on-brand creatives quickly.
3. Instagram Management: Scheduling, posting, basic community management, and insights.
4. Organization: Calendar planning, asset management, and deadline discipline.
5. Reporting: Ability to analyze insights and present clear, actionable reports.
6. Experience: At least 1 year in social media/design (internship or job).
7. Maintain asset libraries and organize content by brand, date, and campaign.
8. Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, growth, leads).
9. Coordinate with internal teams/clients for approvals and smooth execution.
10. Stay updated on trends, audios, hashtags, and platform best practices.
