About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client Servicing:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and feedback to translate them into actionable briefs.
Coordinate across design, copy, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication, professionalism, and problem-solving.
2. Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars, campaign rollouts, and influencer activities.
Write and proofread social media copies, captions, and campaign communications.
Analyze post performance, track insights, and share reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on social trends, pop culture, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
