About the Job

Freelancers, contractors, and agencies are not eligible, and any misrepresentation of employment status will result in immediate removal from the recruitment process.We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media & Performance Executive with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media management. The ideal candidate will manage paid campaigns, social media strategy, content posting, community engagement, and overall performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
1. Campaign Execution: Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
2. Budget Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to meet CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs.
3. Audience Strategy: Build advanced targeting, including Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences, and detailed segmentation.
4. Keywords & Ad Copy: Conduct keyword research and write platform-specific ad copy.
5. A/B Testing: Test creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
6. Tracking & Reporting: Set up Pixels, Google Tags, and analytics tracking. Provide weekly insights using GA4 and platform dashboards.
B. Organic Social Media Management
1. Content Planning & Posting: Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and reels with a consistent brand voice.
2. Copywriting & Hashtags: Write high-quality captions and prepare effective hashtag sets.
3. Community Management: Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain engagement.
4. Trend & Platform Updates: Stay updated on algorithm changes, trends, and platform best practices.
5. Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with designers to source visuals and creatives for both ads and posts.
