About the Job

We’re looking for a proactive and creative social media, influencer & brand partnerships manager who can manage Internshop’s digital presence while also driving brand and influencer outreach. The ideal candidate will work across social media strategy, influencer onboarding, brand demos, and marketing execution. This is a high-ownership role perfect for someone who understands both sides of the ecosystem- brands and influencers.Key Responsibilities:
A. Social media management:
1. Manage presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
2. Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars
3. Develop engaging short-form content formats (reels, carousels, stories, polls, etc.)
4. Track analytics and optimize content strategy for growth
5. Explore trends, creator content formats, and viral hooks
B. Influencer outreach & creator onboarding:
1. Reach out to influencers (nano, micro, macro) and explain platform, benefits, and opportunities
2. Host onboarding demos and walk creators through platform features
3. Manage creator queries, communication, and community engagement
4. Maintain a database of creators and track onboarding funnels
5. Build long-term relationships with influencers and ambassadors
C. Brand partnerships & client outreach:
Identify and reach out to potential brand partners- D2C, startups, agencies, and enterprises
Conduct product/platform demos to brands and explain campaign solutions
Coordinate onboarding for new brand clients
Support the sales & partnerships team with content, case studies, decks, and demos
Assist in managing brand requirements and campaign briefs
D. Marketing & growth:
1. Contribute to growth-driven marketing campaigns (email, social, creator-led promos)
2. Support content creation for newsletters, case studies, blogs, and LinkedIn communication
3. Manage collaborations, barter partnerships, and cross-promotions
4. Track lead generation from social channels and campaigns
5. Work closely with the product & design teams to enhance platform visibility
