We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves managing leads, driving conversions, and ensuring consistent communication with prospects. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, target-oriented, and capable of handling daily reporting independently.Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and close leads.
2. Convert prospects into customers by explaining product details and value.
3. Maintain daily reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
4. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
5. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Submit daily updates and performance reports to management.
