About the Job
Your Mission: You’ll design, animate, and produce all visual content — from stunning cinematic videos to minimal posters and thumbnails.Key responsibilities:
A. Video Design & Editing:
1. Create cinematic short-form videos (9:16) and long-form narratives (16:9).
2. Add subtle animations, transitions, and motion effects aligned with the Cinematic Minimalism aesthetic.
3. Implement brand intros/outros, watermark, sound cues, and captions consistently.
4. Edit narration-based videos (voice-overs, pacing, rhythm).
5. Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn posts.
B. Graphic Design & Visual Identity:
1. Design posters, carousels, and social media graphics using brand guidelines.
2. Create and maintain thumbnail templates with high CTR focus.
3. Work on banners, end-cards, overlays, and storyboards for new series.
4. Update brand decks, PDFs, and digital media kits.
C. Brand & Production
1. Maintain consistency with color palette, typography, and glow style.
2. Assist with production workflow setup (naming conventions, asset libraries).
3. Contribute creative ideas for new content formats and campaigns.
