About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare and update daily MIS reports (sales, orders, stock, expenses)
2. Maintain SKU-level stock data and track low inventory
3. Reconcile orders vs dispatch vs return (RTO)
4. Coordinate with the warehouse for inward/outward entries
5. Track courier performance and delivery issues
6. Maintain files for invoices, AWBs, courier bills, and shipping logs
7. Create weekly summaries, pivot tables, and basic dashboards
8. Support e-commerce operations with data-driven insights
