About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outreach via various digital channels, including LinkedIn and e-mail, to engage with potential clients.
2. Create and send follow-up messages for prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversions.
3. Maintain and organize the lead database effectively, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Analyze the market, identify trends, and share insights with senior team members for strategic decision-making.
Note:
1. Base salary starting from ₹14,000/month, with the option to go to 30K within 12 months.
2. Overtime compensation: ₹100/hour for any hours worked beyond 140 hours/month.
3. A guaranteed minimum of 10% salary appraisal provided after 12 months. You can engage in our ongoing training program to enhance your skills.
