About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Design
Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reel covers
Create engaging concepts aligned with brand aesthetics
Apply correct sizing, layout, spacing, and composition
2. Branding & Visual Identity
Develop mood boards and maintain brand guidelines
Create logos, icons, patterns, colour palettes (if required)
Ensure consistent brand look across all platforms
3. E-commerce & Website Creatives
Design product infographics
Create Amazon/Flipkart A+ content and lifestyle banners
Prepare hero banners, sliders, web ads
4. Marketing Creatives
Packaging labels, print files, posters
Event creatives, promotional campaigns, pitch deck graphics
Creative adaptation for different formats
5. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the marketing/social media team
Understand briefs and deliver high-quality designs
Take feedback positively and revise quickly
Maintain a structured file system
6. Technical Know-How
Export correct formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF)
Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, margins)
Use mockups for product and lifestyle visuals
Bonus (Preferred)
Basic motion graphics
Simple video editing for reels (CapCut/Premiere Pro)
