About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Account Manager to support our client servicing and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and contributing to marketing strategy, content, and campaign execution.Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management & Coordination
1. Support senior team members in managing client accounts and communication.
2. Act as the point of contact for client updates, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Maintain smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
2. Marketing & Content Support
1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing collaterals.
3. Prepare performance reports, presentations, and proposals.
3. Creative Assistance
1. Design and edit basic marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
2. Help in preparing decks, social media calendars, and campaign visuals.
3. Experiment with AI tools to enhance creative outputs.
4. Digital & Analytical Tasks
1. Support SEO and digital marketing efforts under team guidance.
2. Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and new tools.
3. Track campaign performance and assist in report generation.
5. Team Collaboration
1. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
