About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc., using email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
2. Sales Execution: Conduct discovery calls, present services, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management: Ensure smooth onboarding, coordinate handovers with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships for upselling/cross-selling.
4. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate CRM updates, manage sales pipelines, and prepare weekly performance reports.
5. Communication & Meeting Management: Document meeting notes, call summaries, client briefs, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
