About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. EMR Implementation
1. Represent the company as an implementation resource for the efficient use of the StreamlineMD EMR and Scheduling software.
2. Perform complete EMR implementations from initial kick-off to “Go Live” utilization and provide ongoing support.
3. Provide user support via email or phone when required.
4. Establish credible relationships with new and potential clients.
5. Use judgment and experience to make recommendations suited to each practice’s needs.
6. Update and maintain detailed implementation plans.
7. Analyze and document current and proposed clinical workflows for electronic practice management and EMR software.
8. Evaluate operations to identify and recommend improvements in physician office workflows.
9. Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure timely installation of hardware and software.
10. Provide practice-specific support during the “Go Live” phase.
11. Conduct user acceptance testing and offer implementation support as needed.
B. Training
1. Deliver training to physicians, clinical, and support staff across multiple locations.
2. Conduct monthly client webinars on software enhancements and changes.
3. Contribute to the development of training materials and curriculum.
4. Organize and lead client training sessions.
5. Build and maintain a comprehensive FAQ resource.
C. Software
1. Train on EMR and practice management software, leveraging customization features for client efficiency.
2. Assist the sales team with software demonstrations for potential clients.
3. Suggest modifications and enhancements to improve the software.
4. Serve as a testing resource for the programming team on new updates and enhancements.
5. Maintain organized documentation of procedures.
6. Stay informed about competitive products and industry trends.
D. Collaboration
1. Communicate regularly with the Director of Software Operations and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
2. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and complete implementation-related tasks.
3. Promote additional services such as medical billing and operational add-ons to enhance client efficiency.
