1. Conduct interviews and screenings in Hindi to assess candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Facilitate communication between employees and management to address any HR-related issues or concerns.
3. Negotiate and mediate conflicts or disputes between employees to maintain a positive work environment.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
5. Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Manage employee relations and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and job satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to improve our HR processes continuously.
