About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain and update company policies, HR documents, and performance review systems.
3. Build and maintain a healthy work culture that promotes productivity, collaboration, and accountability.
4. Coordinate with department leads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
5. Conduct employee orientation, maintain attendance, and track leave records.
6. Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely communication regarding compensation and benefits.
7. Support performance management by assisting in goal setting and evaluation cycles.
8. Handle employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally and discreetly.
9. Plan and organize team engagement activities, virtual meetings, and employee recognition programs.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws (as applicable).
