About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment- from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
2. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
3. Handle payroll coordination, employee benefits, and compliance.
4. Organize employee engagement activities and internal events to enhance workplace culture.
5. Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
6. Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
7. Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
