About the Job
The HR KYC Officer is responsible for verifying employee documents, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with company onboarding policies. The role involves reviewing and validating candidate information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the HR team in completing KYC and verification processes efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:
1. Entering/updating data (e.g., customer records, product information, user feedback) into company databases or spreadsheets.
2. Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
3. Reviewing digital files (e.g., scanned forms, PDF documents) and converting them into structured formats (MS Excel, CSV, system fields).
4. Rectifying or flagging any data inconsistencies or missing information.
5. Maintaining proper documentation and logs of data entry tasks.
6. Supporting the generation of simple reports or exporting data as needed by other teams.
7. Collaborating with colleagues (e.g., IT, operations) to clarify unclear data items or gather missing information.
8. Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data security policies.
9. Performing any ad-hoc data-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
