Key Responsibilities:1. Handling recruitment, talent development, and team operations
2. Handling employee recruitment, conducting interviews, and managing the management information system (MIS) and operational tasks
3. Conducting the onboarding and relieving formalities along with employee life cycle activities
4. Working on performance management
5. Developing performance metrics and strategies to enhance employee productivity
6. Conducting monthly and quarterly performance assessments of employees
7. Working on employer branding and digital initiatives
8. Implementing employer branding strategies to enhance the digital presence
9. Making posters, in-person videos, writing posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
10. Working on policy and employee management
11. Creating HR policies and frameworks that promote a positive work environment
12. Working on employee engagement and skill development
13. Conducting webinars and sessions online to boost team spirit and employee bonding
