About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Designing social media graphics: static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, banners, infographics, and basic decks or email visuals
2. Supporting brand kits and marketing materials (occasionally)
3. Following brand tones, colors, and typography with precision
4. Maintaining consistency across all brand platforms
5. Collaborating closely with the content team & project leads
6. Keeping Airtable, Trello, Canva, and Drive folders tidy and up to date
7. Managing your workflow, deadlines, and design quality
8. Bringing new ideas to elevate visuals and improve creative systems
Success metrics:
1. 60–80 high-quality social media graphics/month
2. Max 1–3 revision rounds per design
3. 100% file delivery with correct naming and format
4. Consistent adaptation to new formats, brand tones, and platform needs
5. Visuals aligned with brand identity and content goals
6. No missed deadlines or content gaps
7. Clear communication and team collaboration
Required skills:
1. Proficiency in Canva
2. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
3. Ability to create clean, modern, performance-driven designs for social media
4. Strong grasp of visual consistency and brand identity across platforms
5. Organized file management — proper naming conventions, version control, and folder structure
6. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly design goals without follow-ups
7. High attention to detail, design precision, and commitment to quality
8. Ability to adapt and learn new design styles/formats quickly
Preferred skills:
1. Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
2. Comfortable using Trello, Airtable, and Google Drive for project and file management
3. Basic skills in motion graphics or animation for reels/stories
4. Good at research
