About the Job
We are looking for a long-term designer who can support our team with social media design, branding projects, and some video editing. You should be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video editing skills in Premiere Pro would be a great bonus. This role is focused on production work, not client interaction.Skills and Capabilities:
- Confident with Adobe tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
-Able to handle social media creatives, brand assets, and layout-driven work
-Basic to moderate video editing skills are helpful
-Strong layout sense and attention to detail
-Able to turn client messages into clear and thoughtful visual ideas
-Keeps files neat, labeled, and easy to navigate
Work Style:
-Works independently while still checking in when needed
-Shares clear daily updates
-Asks questions early so projects stay smooth
-Manages both light and heavy workload days comfortably
-Adapts design choices to client needs rather than sticking to a personal style
Communication and Collaboration:
