About the Job
We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who loves turning data into growth. You’ll manage campaigns, optimize high-converting landing pages, and ensure every lead is tracked and analyzed to drive measurable results.Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, launch & optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
2. Build and refine high-converting landing pages that drive quality leads.
3. Track and manage lead performance through GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
4. Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
5. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
6. Maintain and present weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights.
7. Stay updated on ad trends, bidding strategies, and new platform features.
