About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Strategy & Planning:
1. Design and execute RedOrange AI’s GTM strategy across key customer segments and regions.
2. Develop strong product positioning, messaging, and pricing aligned to customer needs.
3. Collaborate with leadership to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer journeys.
4. Define and track KPIs for customer acquisition, conversion, and market growth.
B. Execution & Enablement:
1. Plan and manage product and feature launches — from messaging to multi-channel campaigns.
2. Create impactful sales enablement materials including pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies.
3. Lead demand generation campaigns through digital, events, and targeted outreach.
4. Work cross-functionally with product and sales to align GTM priorities with market insights.
C. Partnerships & Ecosystem:
1. Build and nurture relationships with MSSPs, distributors, and cloud ecosystem partners.
2. Lead co-marketing initiatives and represent RedOrange AI at major industry events and conferences (~30% travel).
3. Support marketplace initiatives and partnership programs to scale visibility and reach.
