About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Developing high-quality, pixel-perfect, responsive front-end applications
2. Designing interfaces on the go when no design is provided
3. Implementing smooth animations and interactions using GSAP, AOS, Framer Motion, etc.
4. Communicating effectively with international clients regarding projects and tasks
5. Providing daily progress updates and outlining the next steps
6. Writing clear documentation for the codebase and development process
7. Performing any other tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
1. Expertise in frontend development using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
2. Well-versed in ShadCN and able to adapt to any UI libraries or packages
3. Strong experience in responsive design and handling complex UI animations
4. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with international clients
5. Ability to self-manage and deliver high-quality work independently
6. B.Tech graduate preferred
Note: There will be a 3-month probation period at 10,000/month.
