About the Job
Position: French Language Expert (Voice process)Location: Pan India (Work from Home)
Shift: Night shift (Rotational)
Work Days: 5 per week with 2 rotational offs
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle calls and queries from French-speaking customers.
2. Communicate fluently in French and English for support and issue resolution.
3. Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
4. Maintain quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards.
5. Ensure compliance with process and data security guidelines.
6. Stay updated through regular training and team coordination.
Selection Process:
The selection will involve a few simple rounds of interviews, and our team will be available to guide and assist candidates throughout the process. The company will provide the necessary system to the selected candidates for the role.
