About the Job

1. Work on existing projects at the founders' office -Strategic project execution: Lead and execute 0-to-1 projects that span multiple departments, such as launching new products or establishing strategic partnerships.
2. Investor relations: Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, identifying investors, and managing investor communications, including sending monthly MIS reports.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with different teams Finance/ Sales/marketing/ HR/ research
4. Founder's support: Manage the founder's time by prioritizing engagements, preparing for key meetings, and ensuring follow-ups on action items.
5. Problem-solving and improvement: Proactively identify and address gaps, roadblocks, and inefficiencies in systems and processes across the company.
