About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and reach out to collaborators that fit the foundation's mission.
2. Draft and send initial introductory emails to potential stakeholders.
3. Maintain and update the database with all prospect contact details and notes.
4. Schedule and confirm meetings with interested leads.
5. Prepare customized presentations and proposals.
6. Coordinate with internal teams on a timely basis
7. Manage communication and handle calls efficiently
8. Schedule meetings and set reminders
9. Coordinate with employees for smooth operations
10. Reach out for brand partnerships and collaborations
11. Support social media activities and content
12. Assist with tasks related to foundation initiatives
13. Provide general administrative and operational support
