About the Job
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A professional to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's financial intelligence, supporting strategic initiatives, and optimizing business performance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter in a finance environment, possess a deep understanding of account management, and can translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and maintenance of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
2. Model various business scenarios to assess potential impacts on revenue, expenses, and AUM.
3. Analyze and forecast key drivers of revenue, including management fees, performance fees, and flows by product and channel.
4. Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports, including detailed variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts.
5. Analyze the profitability of investment strategies, products, and client segments.
6. Serve as a trusted finance partner to department heads (e.g., Investment Teams, Sales, Marketing), providing data-driven insights to support their operational and strategic decisions.
7. Evaluate the financial impact of changes in market structure, fee pressures, and competitive landscape.
