About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Strategic Account Management:
1. Own and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning our products/services to meet their needs
2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and foster long-term partnerships
B. Sales Strategy Development:
1. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to contribute insights and feedback for the development of sales strategies, particularly focused on key accounts
2. Ensure alignment between the company's overall sales strategy and the unique requirements of key accounts
C. Revenue Growth:
1. Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
2. Work closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional value to key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
