Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and a proficiency in MS Office? The CEO of Global Horizons Capital Advisors IFSC Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join him and help manage his travels, routines, and set up a separate Trading Business. This Job will not be on the role of Global Horizons Capital Advisors initially, but the candidate might be absorbed into the company's payroll.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist the CEO in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Maintain and organize files and records.
4. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
5. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Provide research-based information to make decisions.
