About the Job
We are a Dubai-based company looking for a results-driven performance marketer with a proven record in running and optimizing digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, giving you real responsibility and international exposure.Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
2. Track and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements to maximize ROI
3. Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting for better conversions
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals
5. Social media content creation, including posts, captions, and visuals
6. Assist with video editing and graphic design for campaigns
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven record of running performance marketing campaigns with measurable results
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
3. Bonus / Plus: Experience in social media content creation, video editing, and graphic design
4. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
5. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
6. Good communication and reporting skills
