About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Influencer Identification & Outreach
1. Research and shortlist relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
2. Send outreach messages, emails, and collaboration proposals.
3. Maintain a proper database of influencers and update their details regularly.
B. Campaign Coordination
1. Explain brand guidelines, deliverable requirements, and timelines to influencers.
2. Follow up with influencers for deliverables, edits, and final approvals.
3. Ensure all content aligns with brand quality and is delivered on schedule.
C. Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with influencers.
2. Address influencer queries, concerns, or issues promptly.
3. Negotiate rates and collaborate with influencers based on budget.
D. Tracking & Reporting
1. Maintain Google Sheets for influencer details, reminders, pending deliverables, and payment tracking.
2. Prepare daily/weekly reports based on influencer performance and campaign outcomes.
3. Record ROI and engagement metrics for each creator.
E. Content Coordination
1. Collaborate with the design and video editing team (if needed) for any assets required by influencers.
2. Ensure influencers follow the correct caption, hashtags, and posting time.
F. Communication & Professionalism
1. Attend team meetings and provide updates on daily work.
2. Maintain proper communication regarding breaks, leave, or delays.
3. Follow company rules, timelines, and reporting formats.
