About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
2. Set up and maintain conversion tracking across the full funnel — from ad click to lead qualification (forms, calls, CRM).
3. Define and optimize multiple conversion goals aligned with the customer journey.
4. Continuously analyze and reduce CAC and CPL through testing and optimization.
5. Develop and iterate creative ad strategies (copy, visuals, and video) to improve conversion rates.
6. Use GA4, GTM, and Google Ads tools for data tracking, reporting, and insights.
7. Identify new opportunities to scale qualified lead volume and improve performance efficiency.
