We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented data analytics fresher to join our team full-time and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
2. Assist in analyzing datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other analytical tools to derive insights.
3. Support in creating dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
4. Work with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Identify basic trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business improvement initiatives.
6. Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and databases.
7. Prepare reports and present insights in a simple and easy-to-understand manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
