About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding customers, addressing concerns and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, an excellent communicator, and capable of building long-term relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and liaison between customers and the company, guiding them through the platform and ensuring their success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers and introduce them to the company’s products and services.
2. Understand customer concerns and complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers as their dedicated point of contact.
4. Guide customers through the company’s portal, ensuring a seamless onboarding and usage experience.
5. Clearly communicate product features, service offerings, and updates to customers.
6. Provide personalized, ongoing support throughout the customer journey.
7. Conduct meetings and calls with customers using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
8. Manage customer schedules, calls, and follow-ups with excellent calendaring and coordination skills.
9. Handle customer inquiries through social media and email efficiently and professionally.
