About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
2. Resolve customer complaints, requests, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or senior team members.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
6. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction).
8. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service quality and processes.
