As a Customer Service Associate at Pharmdel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. 4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in MS-Excel.

6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
7. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
