About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Respond to and take action on customer queries on time and in a respectful, patient manner
2. Coordinate with our shipping partner, Shiprocket, to resolve shipping and delivery-related customer queries
3. Understand A to Z about the products and expertly reply to customers when they have FAQ questions
4. Coordinate with the warehouse team whenever required for impromptu actions (Example - cancel shipment to change address and ship again, etc.)
