About the Job
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Coordinator to handle inbound calls and queries from prospective customers, assist in closing bookings, and manage the coordination (billing, confirmations, and queries) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a remote, full-time role (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) reporting directly to the business owner. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about booking with us. Since this role is in the hospitality industry, some coordination over the phone may be required after office hours.
Important to know: All leads are inbound (customers call us). Your job is to provide the right information, build trust, help customers complete their booking, and manage any after-sales support
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers.
2. Share details of yacht/cruise packages, clarify queries, and support customers in booking closure.
3. Work occasionally on Sundays/holidays during peak season (with overtime pay).
4. Coordinate internally to confirm availability and finalize bookings.
5. Manage billing and prepare invoices for customers.
6. Provide clear pre-booking and post-booking instructions to customers (timings, location, inclusions, etc.).
7. Maintain a friendly, professional, and trustworthy customer experience.
