Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound investor calls and resolve queries efficiently.
2. Clearly explain product details (FDs, mutual funds, etc.).
3. Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in every interaction.
4. Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.

Clear speech, confident tone, and patience while handling calls.
Basic understanding of financial products.
