About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Research and qualify inbound/outbound leads inside HubSpot CRM and enrich them with firmographic data.
2. Draft, personalize, and schedule email sequences that promote BPOptima’s automation use-cases.
3. Maintain Excel dashboards (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts) tracking pipeline velocity and campaign KPIs.
4. Partner with Marketing to A/B test subject lines and templates, reporting weekly open/reply/demo-booked rates.
5. Shadow Account Executives on discovery calls and prepare follow-up emails and call notes.
6. Compile competitive snapshots highlighting how BPOptima’s API differs from legacy BPO offerings.
7. Present weekly insights on lead-conversion metrics to the sales manager.
