About the Job
We’re looking for a driven corporate sales executive with experience selling HRMS products to corporate clients. The ideal candidate understands HR workflows, has hands-on experience pitching HR tech solutions, and can confidently manage the complete B2B sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, prospect, and qualify mid-market & enterprise clients for HRMS solutions
2. Conduct product demos and articulate HRMS value propositions to HR leaders & decision-makers
3. Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
4. Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR managers, CXOs, and procurement teams
5. Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and achieve consistent sales pipeline flow
6. Collaborate with product & implementation teams for smooth onboarding
7. Track sales activities using CRM and maintain accurate reports
