About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Sales & Business Growth
1. Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
2. Drive insurance policy sales through the team.
3. Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base.
B. Team Management
1. Recruit, train, and mentor insurance sales agents/advisors.
2. Motivate and guide team members to improve performance.
3. Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups to ensure conversions.
C. Performance Monitoring
1. Track daily/weekly sales activities and conversions.
2. Review individual and team performance against targets.
3. Conduct regular meetings to discuss achievements, challenges, and action plans.
D. Customer Relationship Management
1. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
2. Handle escalations and resolve client queries.
3. Build long-term client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
