About the Job
As a corporate sales associate at Globik AI, you will be at the forefront of our B2B sales efforts, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, and client interaction to acquire new customers and optimize conversion rates. Your proficiency in artificial intelligence and AIML will be essential in understanding and communicating the value of our AI solutions to potential clients. Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, will be key as you collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet sales targets and drive business growth. Your adaptability and interpersonal skills will be critical in navigating complex sales processes and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
2. Conduct market research to identify, qualify, and target potential enterprise clients and strategic partners
3. Generate leads through structured outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events, and referrals
4. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing opportunities
5. Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and proposing tailored AI-driven solutions
6. Leverage AI/ML technology and tools to strengthen sales efficiency and customer acquisition
7. Create and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and solution presentations
8. Manage CRM systems to maintain pipeline visibility, automate follow-ups, and ensure clean reporting
9. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, demos, evaluations, and onboarding discussions
10. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, product, leadership) for smooth execution and client handoff
11. Maintain professionalism and consistent communication to ensure customer trust and satisfaction
12. Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
13. Uphold strong ownership mindset and contribute actively toward business development momentum and growth
