About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Write high-performing scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs for Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
2. Create content specifically optimized for the fitness niche using proven strategies for organic growth and promised/guaranteed reach.
3. Develop content frameworks that maximize organic reach, retention, and engagement for fitness creators.
4. Ensure every reel script includes a powerful, relevant CTA based on the content goal (comments, shares, saves, profile visits, DM conversions).
5. Write carousel post scripts including educational breakdowns, storytelling flow, slide-by-slide structure, headline hooks, and CTA slides.
6. Research fitness, business, and personal branding trends to create timely and viral-friendly content.
7. Write storytelling-based, value-driven, and insight-heavy content tailored to platform algorithms.
8. Create long-form content such as newsletters, blogs, case studies, and carousel captions.
9. Adapt writing style to match the client’s brand voice (educational, motivational, storytelling, aspirational).
10. Collaborate closely with Content Strategists to align content with monthly calendars and campaign objectives.
11. Edit and refine content based on performance metrics and feedback loops.
12. Maintain grammar accuracy, clarity, audience readability, and platform suitability.
