4. Lead client calls and meetings, simplifying strategies into clear updates and actionable plans.
5. Anticipate client challenges and proactively suggest solutions before they escalate.
6. Celebrate client wins, take ownership of challenges, and always keep the focus on measurable results.
7. Represent Digital Ipsum at client launches, exhibitions, and industry events as a trusted brand partner.
