About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Drive Revenue Growth

1. Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
2. Ensure consistent revenue generation through new client acquisitions, upselling, and renewals.

B. Lead Generation and Business Development

1. Deliver annual revenue exceeding £100K quarterly through consistent client acquisition, upselling, and partnership conversions.
2. Identify, target, and convert high-potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.

C. Product Demos and Conversion

1. Schedule, deliver, and manage engaging product demos to prospective clients.
2. Showcase the value proposition and close deals with confidence and precision.

D. Follow-up and Relationship Management

1. Maintain structured follow-ups post-demos to address client objections and ensure conversions.
2. Nurture long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

E. Candidate Support and Service Delivery

1. Support clients (job seekers) by identifying suitable job opportunities and managing end-to-end applications.
2. Maintain trackers and ensure successful application submissions for optimal client satisfaction.

F. Profile Optimization

1. Customize and enhance resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for candidates.
2. Improve job application success rates and contribute to higher conversion and retention.

G. Strategic Partnerships and Market Positioning

1. Stay informed on UK and global recruitment trends to guide candidates effectively.
2. Partner with recruitment agencies and consultancies to build B2B collaborations that drive shared growth and new revenue streams.

H. Performance Reporting and Pipeline Management

1. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and active opportunities.
2. Track client interactions, employer responses, and sales metrics using CRM and Trello dashboards.

I. Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate with Recruitment, Outreach, and Career Coaching teams to align sales goals with service delivery.
2. Support monthly and quarterly revenue targets through coordinated efforts.

J. Employer and Recruiter Engagement

1. Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
2. Expand job opportunities for candidates and attract B2B partnerships contributing to revenue.

K. Target Achievement and Continuous Improvement

1. Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs in lead generation, conversions, and partnership deals.
2. Participate in strategy meetings to refine sales and outreach processes.

L. Operational Efficiency

1. Use Trello and other internal systems to manage sales tasks and monitor timelines.
2. Ensure all deliverables and client commitments are met within set deadlines.


Working Hours
Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 10 hours per day (flexibility required based on client calls and demo schedules)

Minimum Contract Term and Early Termination Clause:
The successful applicant agrees to commit to a minimum period of one (1) year of continuous service with the company, commencing from the official start date.
If the employee voluntarily terminates the contract or resigns without just cause before completing the one-year term, the company reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in recruitment, training, and onboarding, up to the salary paid to the employee.
