Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate books — income, expenses, tutor payouts, client receipts.
2. Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings efficiently (India + international).
3. Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
4. Advice on business structure (Proprietorship / LLP / Pvt Ltd) and compliance.
5. Oversee cross-border payments, FEMA compliance, and investor documentation.
6. Support payroll, audits, and funding readiness.
